Getting there
How do I get to the cottage?
The nearest airport is Pescara (20 min drive). Rome Fiumicino is about 2.5 hours by car. A rental car is recommended to explore the area.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is free private parking right at the cottage.
Do I need a car?
Yes, a car is recommended. The beach is a 13 minute drive and the village of Rocca San Giovanni is a short drive away. Public transport in the area is limited.

How big is the cottage?
The cottage is approximately 60m² with a living room with open kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, a covered stone patio and a large garden with olive and fruit trees.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, the cottage has fast WiFi.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the cottage has air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the warm summer months.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the cottage.
Is the cottage suitable for children?
Yes, a baby bed is available.
Is there a TV?
There's no TV — we like to encourage our guests to unplug and enjoy the views, the stars, and the peaceful surroundings!
Is there a washing machine?
There's no washing machine at the cottage. The nearest laundromat is Lava Più, located at Viale Cappuccini 34, Lanciano (about 15 minutes by car).
Can I barbecue?
Barbecuing is not allowed due to the risk of fire during dry summer months.
What amenities are there?
The cottage has an induction stove, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

How far is the beach?
The nearest beach is about 13 minutes by car. The Trabocchi coast offers several beautiful beaches and coves to explore.
What is a trabocco?
Trabocchi are traditional wooden fishing platforms built on stilts in the Adriatic Sea. Many have been converted into unique restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood directly over the water.
What can I do nearby?
There's plenty to discover! Go wine tasting at local vineyards, visit the magical Grotte delle Farfalle (Cave of Butterflies), explore the charming hilltop town of Lanciano, or simply relax at the beach.

Yes, there is a basic supermarket in the village, right on the main square.

Not at all! Abruzzo remains one of Italy's best-kept secrets, so you can enjoy the genuine local way of life without the crowds.
